iTravel provides car rental discounts to businesses, individuals and families with fast, friendly, economical service with a personal touch. From our location inside the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport iTravel wants to be your first choice for rental.

Can I rent a specific model car?
The make and models shown on our Cars page are examples only. We are unable to guarantee a specific car. All car groups and models may not be offered at all times.

What is the minimum age requirement to rent?
Renter must be 25 years of age. Underage Surcharge: will be charged for renters between the age of 21 and 25 years of age. Please refer to individual location policy for the daily surcharge and restrictions.

What credit cards does iTravel accept?

Is there a hold placed on my credit card at time of rental? 
Yes. The estimated amount of the rental plus $100.00 will be authorized against your credit card at the time of rental.

Can I use my Debit/Check Card to rent? 
This policy pertains to airline arriving passengers only:

Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Renters are required to show proof of valid bodily injury and property liability at the time of rental. Debit cards are not eligible for the rentals of specialty vehicles. Eligible debit cards must have the Visa, Mastercard or Discover logo. Stored value / prepaid / gift cards are not acceptable to qualify for rental. The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $100.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.
 
A confirmation of your reservation does not mean that your debit / check card is acceptable.  

Georgia residents will be booked direct  by iTravel once they have been qualified for rental.  To begin this process please call 404 763-1799.  

Can I pay in cash?
Not at this time.

Does iTravel run a check on my Driving Record? 
iTravel may perform a driver's license check and may deny a rental car based on a negative driving record.

Is the gasoline included in the rental?
No. Renters are responsible to return their rental vehicle with the same amount of fuel as time of rental.
iTravel will make every attempt to ensure our vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas. Bring the vehicle back full or iTravel will refuel your vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon.
For your convenience we offer the option to prepay for a full tank of gas based upon an estimate of current prices and the average tank size for the car class reserved. No refund will be given for unused fuel. When the Upfront Fuel option is chosen, no additional fuel fees are charged to your rental upon returning the car.

Does iTravel provide Hand Controls? 
iTravel provide rental services to accommodate all customers and complies with the stipulations of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Please call our toll free number 877-739-7173 and speak to Customer Service Representative for any special equipment or requests. Reasonable advance notice is required; our usual need is seventy-two hours.
Hand controls are available on our full-size car only at no additional fee. Equipment varies between pull or push type. 

Does iTravel provide navigational systems with their rental vehicles?
GPS equipment if offered is subject to availability at time of rental. A brief product description and pricing is disclosed in our location policy.

Will my car rental protection program offered by my credit card company or the insurance products offered online be accepted by iTravel?
Your credit card may cover your responsibility for damage to our vehicle. However, that coverage is almost always secondary or excess to any other coverage you might have. To be certain, you must check the terms of your credit card program.
Insurance products offered online may cover your responsibility for damage to our vehicle. However, that coverage is almost always limited. We recommend you read over carefully the terms and conditions.

Does iTravel provide Liability Insurance on the rental vehicle? 
Liability coverage included with each rented vehicle is limited to the minimum coverage permitted by the State of Georgia.

Does iTravel allow One Way Rentals?
One way rentals are not available at this time.

Is the renter responsible for Parking Tickets, Traffic Violations and Tolls? 
Yes.

Is the rate booked guaranteed?
Rates are guaranteed as initially confirmed. The rate is subject to change if the reservation is modified in any regard.

How long is the iTravel reservation valid for? 
It is the policy of iTravel to have the confirmed vehicle available for up to six hours after the scheduled arrival during normal business hours.

What if the car I reserved is not available at the time I rent?
We guarantee the reserved vehicle category. If the category is not available at the time of rental, a vehicle in a higher category may be substituted at the confirmed rate.

Does iTravel pick me up or delivery my rental vehicle?
Pickup and delivery services are not available from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport  (CONRAC) location.

Can I keep the rental vehicle longer than originally reserved or rented?
Please note that any changes in your rental are subject to vehicle availability and will impact your rate. If you realize you need to extend or alter your reservation before picking up your vehicle, please modify your reservation through the booking source of record.

If you need to extend a rental once you have picked up your vehicle, you will need to contact the location directly. Please note that should the rental be available for extension, the rate is subject to the current market conditions.
Also, if you choose not to return the car on or before your originally scheduled return date, we will bill your debit or credit card to cover the additional expected rental charges. Upon return of the car, any necessary credits will be applied. When paying with a debit card the bank may take up to two weeks to post the released credit to your card. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any returned checks due to debit card process.

Can I reserve a non-smoking vehicle?
All vehicles in our fleet are designated as no-smoking cars. Additional operational details may be necessary to be disclosed.

Can I remove seats from a rental van? Customers may request for an authorized van seat removal to accommodate their rental needs or to allow enough space for wheelchairs and non-collapsible wheelchair like a scooter. 
A $25.00 fee will apply for seat removal and storage.

Do you charge me if I do not show up for the rental?
No. Complete credit card details are not required to book online at iTravelRentaCar.com.

If my plans change what is your cancellation policy?
A Cancel notification must be received prior to the scheduled arrival time and be canceled through the original source booked.


QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

How do I qualify for rental?
All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and present a major credit card in his/her own name at the time of rental. For additional requirements please check location policies.

How do I qualify for rental if I hold an international license?
International renters must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin, a valid international drivers license if the drivers license of origin is not in Roman alphabet. iTravel requires written proof in English of liability insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any ITravel vehicle.

Can anyone else besides the renter drive the rental vehicle?
Additional drivers are allowed. Additional drivers like the renter, must meet the minimum age requirement, present a valid driver's license and credit card in their own name. Please refer to location policy for additional details and cost.

Do I need to show Proof of Insurance at time of rental?
Every ITravel is rented on the assumption that the renter's personal auto policy will cover all liability claims for injuries to others that the renter causes. Renters must be prepared to show proof of insurance at time of rental.

Does iTravel provide a Roadside Assistance Program?
Yes. iTravel Roadside Assistance and Limited Protection Program at $2.50 per day is included in the total price of your rental. If you have protection through another means please request that the customer service representative remove this service from the contract. This request must be issued at time of rental. This protection provides service up to the amount of $250.00 per rental.

Benefits include emergency road service towing, battery jump start, flat tire change, lockout service and emergency fuel delivery.  


STATE POLICY

How can I get a copy of my receipt or rental agreement?
Please submit your request to supportitravelrentacar.com. Please be sure and include the renters full name, date of rental and return and include confirmation or contract number.

What do I do in the event of an accident? 
Immediately contact the police to complete an accident report. iTravel will also need to be notified as soon as you complete the accident report with the police.  In most incidents, you will need to return to the rental office to complete an accident report for our records. This report is as much for your protection as ours, and is necessary if you have purchased a waiver of damage.

Does iTravel have a lost and found department?
Yes. If you've left a personal item behind, please contact the location directly at supportitravelrentacar.com . Please be sure and include the renters full name, date of rental and return and include a complete description of the item.

Can I add my iTravel confirmation details to Tripit?
Yes. If you don't have a Tripit account already, you can forward your confirmation email to planstripit.com and TripIt will create an account for you. Best of all its Free!

How about Worldmate?
Yes. It's easy - as soon as you receive your car rental confirmation email, simply forward it to tripsworldmate.com. You do not need to change, edit or update it in any way. WorldMate Live will take it from there!


SPECIAL NEEDS

Does iTravel comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act? 
iTravel provides rental services to accommodate all customers and comply with the stipulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please call our toll free number 1- 877-739-7173 and speak to a Customer Service Representative for any special equipment or requests. Reasonable advance notice is required; our usual need is seventy-two hours.
Hand controls are available at no additional fee. 

Hand controls are available on our full-size cars only. Equipment varies between pull or push type.
Drivers for the blind or those whose equipment needs can not be met may drive a car as an Authorized Driver for the person for whom service is intended. The Authorized Driver must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 25 years of age. There is no fee for an Additional Authorized Driver under these circumstances. When making a reservation, the person with disability needs must identify him/herself as visually or physically challenged and that a driver is being provided. Both the person for whom the needs are requested and the driver must be present at the time of rental.

 

RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

Can I rent and Border Cross with my rental vehicle? 
Rentals originating in Atlanta are not permitted to cross the borders of Canada or Mexico. Please refer to our location policy for additional geographical restrictions.

Are there Driving Restrictions when renting from iTravel? 
Local rental and state restrictions may apply. Under the terms of the rental agreement, the rental vehicle will be confined to a certain area and that area will be defined on the rental agreement. Please refer to individual location policy for local and geographical requirements.
